Aurora Luxury Condominiums will have four (4) floors.
1st Floor (A FLOOR): The first floor will have the main lobby, concierge, outside pool with a barbeque area and three (3) residential units.
2nd (B FLOOR) & 3rd Floor ( C FLOOR): Floors two (2) and three (3) will consist of residential units. Some of these units will have a balcony.
Rooftop: The fourth (4th) floor will contain the rooftop area consisting of a Cigar & Wine Lounge, Gym, Meditation & Yoga Studio, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, Lounge with a flat screen TV, Children's Play Area and Outdoor Barbecue & Grilling Area.
